01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

How do I place an order?

It’s easy to place an order with us. Navigate to fantasyoman.com to browse our range of products. Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to basket’. You can either carry on shopping or click ‘View Basket’ if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.

If you have an existing account and have have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually if you’re checking out as guest.

Can I change my address once I have placed an order?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address. Please cancel the order and re-order it using the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our Customer Services team on +968 92888130  / +968 94339496

02. Payment Method

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept international and local debit/credit cards. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards.

What currency can I pay in?

Payments on Fantasy are all processed in OMR. If your credit card requires currency conversion, you may be charged exchange rates and transaction fees by your bank and/or payment gateway. Fantasy is not liable for these charges as they are not processed or received by us.

Will I be able to track my order?

You will be able to track your orders when you sign into your account. Those that have paid for their order online will also receive updates from our carrier partner when your order is on its way.

03.Delivery

Which countries does Fantasy ship to?

We currently only deliver to Oman. We’re doing our best to get other countries soon and we appreciate your kind patience with us in the meanwhile.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat 2 OMR charge. Please note that delivery charges may vary according to the governorate.
